6 YARD HAMMERFEST APRIL 2nd

Western Wayne is having their annual tournament the 6 Yard Hammerfest this spring.  Due to a scheduling conflict we had to move the date to April 2nd this year.  Note that it usually fills in a couple weeks and we normally have a wait list, so please contact us quickly if you want a spot.  Here’s the info summary

 

Where: Western Wayne HS campus

When: Sat April 2nd  (3rd for rain date)

Ratio: 5-2 or whatever BOTH captains agree to

Price: $150

Goodies: Of course the breakfast bag with fruit and bagles, refillable water all day, REAL BATHROOMS, pizza after the tournament.  We are still pursuing sponsorship for some more goodies but nothing I can promise at this point.

 

TO bid: Reply to azoppi@westernwayne.org with the following (MUST HAVE IT ALL)

 

1.       Team name

2.       Team contact email and phone (required)

3.       Team level in one of the following (Elite A, A, B, C or High school).  We will use this to make our brackets.  There has been issues about this in the past, but this is the information I use for brackets so please be as accurate as possible with your assessment.

 

If your bid is accepted, there will be a $50 deposit due by March 18^th (be aware if this date falls on your spring break and plan accordingly).  Bids will be accepted in the order they are received.  I look forward to seeing all of you again.
