zoppi i thought of a new drill we can do next season but i dont think ill remember it long so im posting it now, i actually seen it on youtube while i was looking up highlights but i changed it around a little. First we get at least to table like things to hold a water bottle on each. maybe 2 or more people on each side and both teams try to knock off the others bottle first. It can be mutliplies to have more bottles or people but it could be great practice for our throwers who need certain ones and our 2's or 3's who need practice.
i just want everyone to know asthma attacks suck and the stuff they put you on for it makes this very weird makes you hyper and whipped cream is amazing and that is also why no one saw me in school
Idk if anyone reads this part, but i just wanted to say good game to everyone today. Paupack was a blast and i had a lot of fun. Cant wait till next tuesday! = )
